风险提示：
要求商家在订购合同上注明产品的品牌、型号、单价、数量，品牌型号必须是标准用名，不能产生歧义，前后名称必须保持一致；在标注产品的数量时，最好将产品的平米数和片数都标注清楚，方便验货时核对产品的数量。
另外，标的物必须是合法物品，违法则合同无效。

风险提示：
运输方式一般由需方提出，也可协商约定运输方式、运输路线、运输工具。总的要求是运费低、运速快、货物安全到达。
注意，要明确约定如果由于供方原因，选择了不合理的运输路线和工具，由此造成的损失，就承担赔偿责任。
此外，运输费用的负担，应结合货物价款考虑，要明确约定清楚，以避免争议。
